My freelance work includes recipe development, photography, feature writing, communications and promotions for food businesses.

I bring experience to Food Direction from my editorial style of writing to my ability to create beautifully crafted recipes and images, full of natural flavour and aesthetic.

My background involves working with some of the biggest names in the food industry but, I love to champion locals and creativity. I get really excited about everyday people with cracking produce and a story to tell.

I love new projects, things that are left of field and people who are as excited about what they want me to do, as I am to do it for them.
